GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic general manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. The role will be to support the Managing Director and staff, leading on administration. You will contribute to organisational development, planning and a creative programme focused on children and young adults in a community based setting. The overall purpose of the organisation is to promote personal achievement through learning, development of skills and confidence supporting career pathways.

 

Job title: General Manager
Salary: £17,745 per annum (3 years funded)
Based at: Bargarran Community Center, Erskine & Outspoken Arts, Paisley
Travel: Erskine / Renfrewshire
Reporting to: Managing Director / Board of Directors
Responsible for: Staff / Participants / Volunteers
Duration of contract: 3 Years, subject to satisfactory 3 month probationary period
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Qualifications and experience: High level qualification or relevant experience
Other essentials: Subject to Disclosure Scotland check
Closing date: 23th June 2019 at 12noon Interviews: w/c 1st July 2019
Expected start date: We are keen for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible but are happy to discuss a mutually agreeable start date.
